Greenhouse and indoor food production (plants and fish/crustaceans) is exploding! Large scale commercial, small scale commercial and food production in the home are all increasing. We are doing a considerable amount of research here at the University of Minnesota. Other emerging Universities in this area include Arizona State University and Iowa State University. General information is provided below - please refer to the specific drop down crop production pages for more specific information.
