The University of Minnesota is a leader in the development of 'Deep Winter Greenhouses'.  These structures allow for crop edible crop production - especially edible greens - in low input greenhouses for personal consumption, or for marketing to local restaurants and grocery stores.  Information below provides the basics of building and producing in crops in these structures.
